Ride-along-guide (also known as step-on guide) and chauffeured tours. (Cost of chauffeured vehicles is separate and shown below.)

$50 per hour, $100 minimum

Walking Tours

Ghosts & Murders Walking Tour

Regularly Scheduled Public tours (see schedule):

adults -- $10 each

youth 13-17 -- $5 each

children 12 and under -- two free admissions with each paying adult, $5 for each additional child. Great for Birthday Parties!

Groups may join a public tour at group rates, must be arranged at least one day in advance. See group rates below.

Private Ghost & Murder Walking Tours may be arranged by appointment. See group rates below

Mystery Party for Kids

Great for Birthday Parties, Family gatherings, Parties

By appointment only

$250 for up to 10 children and 4 adults. At least 1 adult per 5 children.

$25 per extra child for more than 10 children.

Includes free Mystery Party T-shirt for each child.

Group Rates for walking tours

Adults (18 years and older):

1 - 9 :     $10 each

10 - 19: $9 each

20 - 29: $8.50 each

30 - 39: $8.25 each

40+        $8 each

Youth 13 - 17: $5 each

Children 0 - 12: two free admission with each paying adult. $5 for each additional child. (The "Birthday Party" rate.)

Privately scheduled tours by appointment only: $100 minimum

Chauffeured vehicles

Vehicle fee does not include the fee for your guide or admissions to attractions. Note that all tours which include alcoholic consumption (for example, winery tours) must travel in a chauffeured vehicle. Furthermore, only limos allow alcoholic consumption while the vehicle is moving.

Richard Leahy, wine expert

Richard can accompany you to wineries or join you for dinner. He is jolly good company and is happy to share his expertise on wine and all its related subjects. His rates are $100/hour plus expenses. Call for availability. He's a pretty busy guy.
